The Philadelphia Chapter of Charms, Inc. would not let a snow storm…,”Nor’Easter”, hold us back! On March 15th members, along with family and friends, traveled by charter bus to the Nation’s Capital to visit the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Following that awesome experience, we dined at Next Door Restaurant & Cafe, “sister” to the famous Ben’s Chili Bowl on U Street. While dining we had the esteemed pleasure of meeting owner, 86 years young, Virginia Ali. What a great day in D.C.!
