COTY LUNCHEON – “CHARMING IN PEARLS” – 12 PM to 2:30 PM

“BLUE AND BLING SNEAKER BALL”- 7 PM to 12 AM

At Conclave 2024, Gems are defined as youth ages 14 and under. Registration for this age group is $100.
Please register older youth under the “Guest” section in the registration form. The “Guest” registration is $175.
These older youth, at the additional cost, are eligible to attend the COTY luncheon and/or The Blue and Bling Sneaker Ball as included activities.
Charms may register themselves, a Charmer, Gems, and Guests online on this site and use our Zelle QR code or the Zelle email (clevelandcharmsinc@gmail.com) after submitting your registration.
Or, pay by check, certified check, or money order made out to Cleveland Chapter of Charms, Inc. which may be mailed to: Carol Adrine, 3590 Berkeley Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118, or Darcel Arrington, 3829 Grenville Road, University Heights, Ohio 44118.
A late registration fee of $25 will be charged for Charms, Charmers, Guests, and Gems for registrations postmarked or electronically received after May 31st, but before June 30th.
Charm, Charmer, Guest, or Gem registrations postmarked or electronically sent after June 30th or made onsite will be charged a $75 late fee.
A $40 fee will be charged for returned checks.
A Charm may choose not to register a guest but invite him/her to some of the social events. Here are the event fees for those who are not registered for the Conclave.

The hotel is $169 per night (not including taxes, etc.) This price includes self-parking in the garage with a skywalk to the hotel. Self-Parking is complimentary for over night guests. Self-Parking is in the East 100th St. Garage. Take the 3rd floor to the Skyway and follow signs to the Intercontinental. Overnight valet parking for hotel guests is $30.40 per car per night.
For those not staying overnight: Self-Parking is $10.00 and daily valet parking is $18 per car per day.
The cost is the same for additional days at the hotel so come early (Tuesday, July 23rd) and attend the bus trip to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame on Wednesday, or stay an additional day (Monday, July 29th) to visit more of Cleveland’s cultural, shopping, entertainment, and business districts.
